Board Member- Deston Denniston

Deston Denniston (US Army, ’88 -90)  has led over 2400 hours of educational training and seminars on Permaculture, ecological design, sustainable livestock production, and natural building, reaching hundreds of folks from Hawaii, California, Oregon, and Washington, since 2000. He holds a Masters in Agriculture from WSU and Permaculture Teaching Certificate awarded by PINA organizers in 2005. Director of VETS_CAFE (dba of Abundance LLC) , a certified Permaculture Teaching Agency since 2014, and Executive Member of the Veterans Ecological Trades Collective, Deston advocates for farmer veteran powered conservation, agriculture, forestry and ecological design. Deston is passionate about integrated animal polycrop systems, managed intensive grazing, natural building, charcuterie, barbecues, hiking, biking, fishing, and travelling with his sweetheart.
